To create the muted blue shade of these custom made flower girl dresses, we layered white silk organza over a bright blue base fabric. The result was the soft, delicate tint pictured here. These dresses feature puffed short sleeves, a slightly raised waistline, and full-length gathered skirt. The organza layer is accented with white satin ribbons and bows at waist and hem.
